We are now offering athletic and fitness training services. See our fitness and athletic training schedule below.

Our new Hillsboro location anchors our efforts to provide sports specific rehabilitation and performance training for athletes and active lifestyles.  Come see the new facility!  

We are located acrossed the street from Intel and right around the corner from the Hillsboro Hops Baseball Stadium.  

All of our fitness classes and athletic training sessions are held at the Hillsboro location.

Small Group Training

The KOR Adult Small Group Training is geared toward the adult client who wants a more customized program.  With a client to coach ratio of 5:1, you will enjoy an individualized program created based on your needs and goals.  New clients will need to schedule an initial consultation by calling 503-395-3000 before beginning small group training.

Dates and Times:

Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00 PM

Fridays at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM

Adult Fitness (Large Group) KOR Essentials Classes

Prepare yourself for the game of life.  Maximize your results with programs designed for groups of 8 to 12 members. Work out on the latest equipment with the best trainers in the supportive, group setting. Enjoy personalized coaching and the shared purpose and camaraderie of the class environment simultaneously.

The KOR Speed, Agility, & Power program is designed for athletes who need to work on ground-based movements such as acceleration, deceleration, linear and lateral movements, running mechanics, and footwork. This program is great for athletes of any sport looking to increase their speed, quickness, and agility.

Youth Speed & Agility Program

The KOR Youth Speed & Agility Program is designed for younger athletes age 10-12.  The focus will be on learning the basics of a dynamic warm-up, ground-based movements, running mechanics, and footwork. This 5-week program is great for young athletes of any sport looking to be introduced to a more formal program.
